About Stanch
We're building the practice management platform we wished existed when we were running sessions in the field.
Stanch started with a simple frustration: ABA software was built for the front office, not the people doing the work. Instruction Therapists lost data to dead zones, RBAs re-typed session notes from paper, and billing teams chased claims through tools that didn't understand CPT modifiers. We set out to fix that — one offline-capable, clinically literate workflow at a time.

Clinician-led
RBAs and Instruction Therapists shape the roadmap. AI assists with drafting, but a credentialed clinician always reviews and signs.
Built for compliance
PHIPA-compliant by design — audit trails, encryption, and practice-level isolation are part of the architecture, not bolted on later.
